Secretary Stuff

We’ll try to put at least some of the various forms used by secretaries here… remember that there are a number of forms and helps available on the National Grange site. too. If there’s a form you’d like to see here, send an email to webmasteratmainestategrangedotorg  (webmasteratmainestategrangedotorg)

Grange Membership Brochure–This is the full color brochure produced by the Maine State Grange that includes a membership application.

Pomona Grange Application–Two on a page, application for membership in Pomona.

Reinstatement Applications–one for Subordinate and one for Pomona Grange.

This Meeting Record Form provides the layout for keeping meeting minutes with everything in the right order! Make a copy for your Master he or she can use it as an agenda!

Quarterly Membership Report is the form used to report membership gains and losses.

Order Member Recognitions will provide a page of information as well as an order form so you can order recognition materials from National Grange.

Here is a 4thDermitCard… note that it requires two sided printing. Thanks to Laurie McBurnie for helping us find this!

  1. How do I get demit forms?

    • I think you get them from State Grange, but don’t quote me

      • Walter said if I didn’t get an answer here he’d look into it for me. You would think you’d be able to download and print them.

    • I can tell you that they aren’t on the National Site… although the store there is closed until November 15 so I couldn’t check that. I did send an email to our State Secretary asking…

    • A couple of folks have advised that the National Grange Store is probably closed due to Nattional Conference… and our Worthy Secretary advises demit forms can be ordered from State Headquarters for fifteen cents each. (Although for those who can achieve two-sided printing, you’ll find a copy has been posted here.)

  2. Is there anyway we could post the roster up online of the state officers?

    • Possibly… I need to check with the Executive Committee. There are two practical considerations:

      1. Roster information typically is a “long time coming.”
      2. There have been privacy concerns with listing contact information on the website since we would be listing personal information (address, phone number).

Lots happening right now, please be patient. :-)

      Walter, webmaster

    • Michael… a “page in progress” now exists for state officers…

  3. I have a copy of one I downloaded from National a couple years ago. Will send it to Walter.
